Make yourself a single cup of espresso quickly and easily with the Bialetti Mini Express. This simple stovetop espresso maker brings rich espresso to your home without the fuss of a fancy machine (or the cost). This brewer works by forcing water through finely ground coffee and sending the liquid espresso through the spout, which pours the espresso into your cup of choice. As your cup sits on the platform awaiting the espresso, it slowly warms, which keeps your espresso from cooling off too quickly.

Basic Stovetop Espresso Instructions:

Grind 8g of coffee at a medium-fine setting and place in the coffee basket.
Fill the water reservoir up to the release valve with water (don’t cover it).
Place on low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
When the shot stops pouring from the spout, enjoy.

The Bialetti Moka Express is the classic stovetop espresso maker. To produce fine espresso, you only need coffee, water, and a stove. You can take your beverage a step further by steaming some milk and making yourself a latte or flat white. This Moka pot is designed to force water vapor through ground coffee to produce Italian espresso in minutes. With air and coffee oils interacting with this intensity, a velvety crema forms a layer atop the rich espresso.

The Bialetti Espresso comes in seven different sizes to accommodate any family or coffee habit. The cup sizes are measured in 30 ml espresso cups.

The body is made from aluminum alloy, a food safe and durable material that won’t taint the flavour of your espresso. The handle and knob are built with black acrylic and can be handled when the aluminum is hot. We suggest sticking to warm water and soap for cleaning, and advise against using steel wool or a dishwasher. Many around the world still own and use their 80 year old Bialetti Express moka pots. If you’re after excellent stovetop espresso and have an induction stovetop, the Bialetti Musa Induction is a great moka pot for you. It’s easy to use, visually complements any kitchen, and brews killer espresso. Thanks to clever mechanics, brewing espresso with the Musa is a breeze. Simply add the ingredients to their appropriate chambers, assemble the brewer, and heat on your stove.

Basic Stovetop Espresso Instructions:

Fill the water reservoir up to the release valve with water (don’t cover it).
Place on low-medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
When the espresso fills the upper chamber 80%, remove from heat, pour, and enjoy.

The Bialetti Musa Induction is compatible with all stove types, even induction (the 2 Cup model is not compatible with induction). This is due to the durable full stainless steel construction.

The Bialetti Venus Moka Pot combines beauty and elegance in a tastefully designed stove-top espresso maker with a unique style. The Venus can produce a rich, authentic Italian espresso in just 4-5 minutes.

The Venus beautiful stove-top espresso maker body is constructed completely made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel (including all internal parts). The Venus can be used on gas, electric, and induction stoves.

You can use the Venus on any burner or induction which allows this versatile unit to be used anywhere. Simply add water to the bottom chamber up to the release level and add your coffee into the stainless steel filter. Do not tamp the coffee as water must easily flow through. Screw the Venus back together and place the Venus on a stove top. If using a gas or flame please ensure the flame is not larger then the base of the moka pot. The water pressure will increase which will cause the value to release and the water will move through the coffee grounds. Then the coffee will push to the top chamber through the valve. Once you hear a gurgling sound your Moka Pot is complete, stir the coffee in the chamber to equalise the flavours. Enjoy the great Italian coffee.
